Send your package via Canada Post, Certified Mail, FedEx or any traceable shipping method. We recommend that you insure your package against loss en route to Luxeport. We cannot be responsible for packages until they arrive at our returns department.

Products must be unused, unwashed, in perfect condition and in their unopened packaging. They must be accompanied by your original invoice.
Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
As well as refunding the purchase price we will also refund your original postage costs up to the standard shipping rate.
