Our Promise to You

We believe whole heartedly in the products we sell, and are confident our pillows, duvets, towels and toppers are a great value! We survey the competition on a regular basis to make sure our prices live up to our promise. Then we order samples to check if they compare to our size, weight, silk content and detailing. In most cases, they don’t measure up! That's why we are confident with our prices and product quality.

Find it cheaper, we'll beat it

If you think we've missed something, tell us. If you find an identical product cheaper, we won't just match the price, we'll give you an additional 5% off. 

If you've already purchased a product and spot one at an identical price, let us know within 7 days of order. We will refund you the difference plus an extra 5% for your trouble. 

Due to quality differences on auction sites, our Price Promise does not extend to auction sites.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you a 365 day no hassle return on unused, unopened and unwashed products – yes, that’s a full year! All we ask? Returns are in perfect condition in their original packaging, ready for resale and arrive complete with your original receipt.

Send your package via Canada Post, Certified Mail, FedEx or any traceable shipping method. We recommend that you insure your package against loss en route to Luxeport. We cannot be responsible for packages until they arrive at our returns department.

To Recap:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, in perfect condition and in their unopened packaging. They must be accompanied by your original invoice.

  • Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

  • As well as refunding the purchase price we will also refund your original postage costs up to the standard shipping rate.
