What are my shipping costs?

Luxeport is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for all Canadian orders > $250. For all other orders, shipping costs vary and will be calculated for you in the “Shipping Method” section during check out.

When will my order be shipped?

• In-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
• Dropship items or backorders are generally shipped within 2-3 weeks.
• If product is on order from our mill, you will be notified by a Luxeport Representative with an ETA.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number for you to track your order’s progress.

Can we ship to P.O. Boxes and rural areas of Canada and the U.S.?

Yes. All orders shipped to P.O. boxes (or to rural postal/zip codes that are considered ‘beyond points’) may be delivered by Canada Post or the US Postal Service as an alternative to our standard shipping carrier. In either case, you will be able to track your order. Select ground shipping for these orders as we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to these addresses.

Canadian Orders

Canadian customers are subject to pay all applicable taxes. Orders are shipped via UPS or Canada Post unless otherwise specified.

U.S. Orders

Please be aware that customers in the U.S. will be responsible for any taxes and duties your local customs office may charge. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. With a favorable exchange rate and not having to pay state sales tax for cross-border shipping, you're still likely to come out ahead!

Should you refuse any shipment from Luxeport, you are still responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and customs charges incurred. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. U.S orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Please be aware that customers in the U.S. will be responsible for any taxes and duties your local customs office While we have found that orders to US addresses typically arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of shipment, we unfortunately have no control over how much time any given shipment may be held in customs.
